Design

Three thoughtfully designed levels — and not a single detail you'll have to think about.

Level 1

Lower level

Come home to wide-plank European Oak floors, a built-in wine storage wall, and a proper entry that feels like an arrival — not an afterthought. Coat closet, powder room with Duravit fixtures, interior garage access, and a storage room big enough for everything the valley lifestyle demands: bikes, hiking gear, harvest hauls.

Level 2

Main level

This is where life happens. An open main floor designed for the way Napa people actually live — late dinners, easy Sundays, impromptu tastings that turn into evenings. The chef's kitchen features Cosentino Silestone Calacatta Gold countertops, a Bertazzoni induction range and refrigerator, custom Shaker cabinetry with glass uppers, a marble mosaic backsplash, and a center island with seating. The EcoSmart ethanol fireplace anchors the living room. A back deck extends it all outdoors into the valley air. A skylight overhead pulls natural light down through every level.

Level 3

Upper level

The upper level is where the pace slows down. The primary suite has two closets and a spa bath with Porcelanosa Snow White dual-sink vanity, Carrara Venato honed porcelain tile, a walk-in shower, and a private water closet with frosted glass. A second en suite bedroom rounds out the upper floor — a guest room, a studio, or whatever your new chapter calls for.
